Condor apologized for the inconvenience, explaining that “there were not enough available accommodations.” In response, the airline provided passengers with meal vouchers and extra blankets to ease the discomfort of their unplanned overnight stay.
The next day, passengers were given the option to either board a replacement flight to Düsseldorf or travel by land. While some opted to fly, others, shaken by the experience, chose to continue their journey by road.

An investigation into the engine malfunction has been initiated to determine the exact cause of the incident. Although no fire occurred, the visible flames during flight raised serious concerns.
